He is Chairman of the Board of Zaman Islamic Bank, Managing Partner of Zaman Group and a Board Member of Kazakhstan Ijarah (Leasing) Company. Through these platforms, Mr. Abguzhinov has been involved in financial services, Islamic banking and leasing, mining, construction materials, industrial projects, infrastructure, agriculture, real estate and hospitality.

Abdikadr Jerow is an international commodity trading executive, entrepreneur and technology specialist with experience spanning physical commodities, financial markets, trade finance and blockchain security. As Chief Executive Officer of Asatoil, he provides strategic leadership across the company's global trading platform, with a particular focus on market expansion, commercial execution, strategic partnerships and international supply chains.

Mr. Jerow has built trading operations and commercial relationships across multiple commodity markets, developing supplier networks across five continents and buyer relationships spanning Europe, the GCC, Africa and North America. His trading experience encompasses metals, agricultural commodities and other internationally traded products, with a strong emphasis on disciplined execution, counterparty assessment and cross border transactions.

Abdi Ali Salaad is a senior international business executive and energy sector professional with more than 17 years of experience across management, administration, finance, procurement and marine logistics. As Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Global Trading at Asatoil, he leads the company's commercial development, trading relationships and international market expansion.

Mr. Salaad is the Group Chief Executive Officer of East African Gasoil Limited (EAGOL), where he has been responsible for strategic planning, operational management, stakeholder engagement and the implementation of long term business strategy. His leadership contributed to EAGOL achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification, reflecting a strong focus on operational discipline and quality management.

Asel Abdurasulova is an international investment and trade executive with more than 14 years of experience working across China and the CIS, with a particular focus on cross border investment, international commerce and strategic business relationships.

Her experience includes serving as a director of a Chinese investment company, where she has been involved in investments spanning gold mining, natural resources, mining assets and processing facilities in Kazakhstan. This background provides Asatoil with direct exposure to resource markets and the China to Central Asia commercial corridor.
